Site Updating

To build your audience of new and return visitors, it is critical to change and add content. Up-to-date information about your companies products and services will keep your site current and fresh.

With our Site Updating Plan, we make site updating easy for you. We will update your site as much as you want, as often as you want, for a low fixed fee. This not only saves you time and money, but enables you to budget as well. We’ll add your Site Updating Plan to the monthly Hosting Plan of your choice. 

Here’s how it works 

Send us your copy (either as an attached document to an email message, or by FTP). Let us know what you want us to do and within 4 business days we will have the copy on the site! 

You can send us new images (in hardcopy) to scan, or in TIF, JPEG or GIF formats. Be sure to include: Where you want it placed or if it will be a replacement. 

The Site Updating Plan updates existing pages on your site. For example: You may have a list of services, a page of promotions, an area for news or customer information, or other feature which change weekly or monthly. 

What about new pages? 

We encourage our clients to continually consider "How to get the maximum return from their sites." This may mean adding navigation bar choices and content areas. Or you may add new applications – such as online catalogs and ordering, discussion groups, or an application specific to your organization. At some point you may want to change the overall appearance of the site to keep it current and fresh-looking.
